RokCandy Typography

The RokCandy component is required for the syntax below to work.

All syntax below uses RokCandy, the content macro extension for Joomla. RokCandy converts simple, understandable and pre-defined syntax to complex HTML constructions.

Consists of your rental application. We preform credit, criminal, and sex offender background checks. Fee is per person unless married couple.

Your security deposit is held until you move out. You will be refunded this amount less any damages to your unit.

Pet Fee

We charge a pet fee for cats and dogs. Fee amount depends on the size of the animal. All pets must be vaccinated and kept on a leash while outside. No Pitbulls, Chows, Rottweilers, and Dobermans. The required pet fee can be broken up into small monthly payments.
