We are glad your considering to become a resident at Blue Ridge Apartments. To begin our application process, please call ahead or fill out the Contact Us page to make an appointment. Our hours are:
Monday- Friday 9:00am -5:30pm
Our application process also consists of a background check of each applicant (Credit, Criminal, Rental, Sex Offender Lists).
Fees and Deposits
Our current application fees and deposits consists of the following:
Secuity Depost : $400
Application Fee : $50 Per Individual
or Married Couple
Washer Dryer Rental: $50 Monthly
Pet Policy
We welcome most pets at Blue Ridge Apartments. There is no pet fee for fish, reptiles, amphibians, guinea pigs, and hampsters. For cats and dogs, we require a $400 pet fee for small animals, and a $500 pet fee for large animals. To ensure tenant safety, we do not allow any Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, and Dobermans. The required pet fee can be broken up into small monthly payments. Contact us if you have any questions.
